Job Postings.  We can review your postings to help ensure they not only align with your needs and goals, but do they have that “wow” factor to attract the best of the best.  We’ll also post jobs on our website, facebook and other social media.  

Recruitment Support.  We can help screen candidates for you, weeding out those that aren’t a good fit and identifying those “stars” you’ll want to interview first.  We’ll also do all the necessary employment verification including checking references and background checks. 

Interview Templates.  We’ll get you set up with (or review your existing) interview templates for accuracy and legality.  

Onboarding Plan.  Do you have a new hire checklist?  Orientation process? We can set these processes up for you as well.  

Training.  Training plans are essential to ensuring your employees are equipped with the knowledge to do their jobs.  We’ll review with you and determine necessary training. We can even conduct certain training for you.  

Exits. When it just isn’t working out, we can help you terminate employees legally and respectfully.
