Melissa Tom has served as an HR business partner to management and leadership for over twelve years. She began her HR career at Wells Fargo Bank Alaska. She has a Master of Jurisprudence in Labor and Employment Law from Tulane University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Texas A&M University. She is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources and for Agility in HR. Melissa has over 15 years of experience in several industries including financial services, IT, legal, manufacturing, medical, pharmaceutical, food services and non-profits, just to name a few. She provides a no-nonsense friendly approach to tackling workplace challenges.

Roslyn Faust is in charge of new business and marketing. After 20 years at NASA she is now loving a more down to earth approach connecting people together and putting her problem solving skills to use.
